Bus Air Mfg. and all our employees pride ourselves in total customer satisfaction that has made us today the top one shop for all your air conditioning and heater needs for your school bus, shuttle bus and heavy-duty applications. Most items purchased from Bus Air Mfg. are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment (items must be in new condition and in a box. Special orders, a 15% restocking fee will be applied at point of return). Refunds will be processed 10 business days of our receipt of the item being returned. Bus Air Mfg. will only refund the part only, no shipping or handling charges apply unless the return is a result of an in house error. We will provide you with an RGA (Return Good Authorization) number and it must accompany your return part to receive your refund. Please contact us to initiate the return.
