Starting at the front of the Bus, we install a Condenser in Factory Bolt holes so that no additional drilling or modification is needed.
Our Compressors are mounted in a unique way. We do not slave them off of the motor fan belt. This is done to ensure that even if a compressor locks down, the bus will stay in safe operation. We do this by using our specially designed mount and a second belt pulley mounted behind the fan.
For the driver we have easy to see and use controls as well as either 2 or 3 air vents
The next photo shows the Front Bulkhead Evaporator during installation. The next one with the installation completed. Note how convenient the filters are to replace.
When and where the refrigerant piping and wiring needs to transition from the upper level to the lower level, we cover these hoses with extremely durable covers that blend in with the bus decor.
These two photos show the Rear Bulkhead installation. Again note how this unit as well as the Front Bulkhead installation is flush with the other parts of the bulkhead and does not draw attention.
Our skirt mounted condensers utilize a primary and secondary coil for more cooling capacity than other condenser on the market. This allows us to utilize only one skirt mounted condenser for a majority of our systems without sacrificing efficiency. The combination of the radiator mounted and the skirt mounted condensers make our systems the lowest amperage draw systems on the market today.
